30 MINUTE SMALL GROUP FITNESS
Great for ALL fitness levels so everyone can participate. Every session is broken down into levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and led by one or two Certified Trainers to guide you through a safe and effective workout.
Sessions focus on burning fat, building lean muscle, and increasing strength and cardiovascular endurance. We recommend you attend 2-4 sessions per week for optimal results. Check out our schedule here.

30 MINUTE YOGA
Great for both beginners and experienced clients who have been practicing yoga for years. These sessions focus heavily on Recovery, Relaxation, and Stress Management. Each session is tailored to compliment the Group Fitness session while targeting muscles worked during that session. The Yoga sessions are also a great option for those looking to de-stress and reset.

NUTRITION & COACHING
We also offer Nutrition Consulting and Health Coaching. Nutrition is a very important aspect of living a longer and healthier life. We coach clients on a 1:1 basis to help them achieve maximal results. We don’t stop there; we continuously follow up and guide clients towards their goals and a healthier lifestyle.
