30 MINUTE SMALL GROUP FITNESS
 

Great for ALL fitness levels so everyone can participate. Every session is broken down into levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and led by one or two Certified Trainers to guide you through a safe and effective workout.

 

We don't yell or discourage.

 

We meet you at your fitness level and make sure you stay safe.

30 or 45 MINUTE YOGA CLASSES
 

Ever wanted to try Yoga? Here's your chance and you don't have to be the slightest bit flexible. Cashe teaches a very gentle Yoga which is perfect for the absolute beginner or intermediate client.
